A little like a piano exam, or having the boss looking over your shoulder, most people will be slightly nervous in the judging session, but it is experiences like this, paradoxically, that will be eagerly anticipated by all parties as an incredibly positive experience.
Phase 1
Nomination entries close 11:59 pm Friday 16th August 2019 and finalist shortlist is announced on Monday 9th September 2019.
Phase 2
Finalists will be given a time slot between Monday 14th to Friday 18th of October 2019 to fulfill their next phase of judging. The exact format of the second phase of the judging experience won’t be known until the shortlisted finalists are notified. Don’t worry, sufficient details will be communicated to give you ample time to prepare (a little bit!), but we won’t be telling you everything about what to expect. Expect the unexpected!
Results from the finalist judging are fully embargoed until the New Zealand Excellence in Sales Awards (NZESA) awards event when winners in all categories are announced. The New Zealand Excellence in Sales Awards (NZESA) awards event will take place on Tuesday 19th November 2019 in Auckland.
Judge Nomination and Involvement
Experienced sales professionals and specialists will participate in judging for the New Zealand Excellence in Sales Awards (NZESA) Awards, combining expertise around sales competencies with disciplines ranging from sales, customer service and marketing to account management, leadership and academia.
